Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact me ASAP and I will gladly refund you or exchange an item to make you happy. Please contact me with any issues and i will do my best to work out a solution.

CONTACT TIME- must contact me within 7 days of delivery of order.

RETURN TIME- Return item must be post marked within 7 days of contacting me.

Refund- Please allow 3-5 business days for an issued refund less shipping cost. This is after I have received the returned item.

* When contacting me about returns please include:
- your order number for reference.
-Name of purchaser

*Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping

* Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

* Please note that custom orders are NOT eligible for refund. Most of our items are custom made.
