Here are some common questions we get!
What is DTF Printing?
DTF printing is a printing process that prints onto film. We then press the design to the garment.
DTF Printing is a newer technology that creates a high-quality design. We use quality inks, and products to create a lasting product for you!
How much does it cost?
Printing is charged by the location and size. A tee with a large front design is charged different than a large back with a small front pocket. If you reach out with your ideas we are happy to get you a quote!
What is your turn around time?
Our current turnaround time is 1 week.
Can I bring my own items to print and press on?
Absolutely! We can decorate on your items, or we are also happy to provide the items as well!
Can I send you a picture for you to print? I have a logo I would like to have put on some products.
Yes! We do print logos/ pictures all the time! I will ask if you have a png, pdf or AI (adobe illustrator) file. They do need to be transparent. We would make those files into printable files. If you dont have those files but have a jpg that is ok! We will send your logo off to a designer to have the file made into the printable file. It is $10/ design. We will send you a picture for approval.
*please note- that with new technology and AI, it is possible to create your own design and file. Currently we have had every AI file need to be cleaned by the designer. Quality is super important to us and the current AI files create blurry edges. We do let you know if there are quality issues that we see!
How much it is to have my Logo sent to the designer?
We charge $10/ logo for the file to be cleaned and made into a printing file for our printer.
*Please note this file is not a file we can share. We do not receive a pdf, png or AI file. The file we receive is for us to use for printing.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do! Wholesale orders are orders with the same items ordered multiple times in 1 transaction. We offer pricing for smaller and larger orders. We start "wholesale pricing" at 5 items. We have pricing tiers for qtys purchased to give pricing breaks.
How do I get a quote?

Do you offer Rush Orders?
We do offer rush orders. Most of our turnaround time is the shipping of the garments to us. If you need the order sooner, we can talk about upgrading the shipping.
Sometimes we do have to charge a "RUSH FEE" if we have to move other orders back to rush your order. We do try really hard not to charge this fee but sometimes we do have to charge it.

The pricing in the catalogs do not reflect our pricing for decorated items. We can get you a quote. Some items may be less and some may be more than shown in the catalog.
