Ideal file types include .ai, .pdf, and png are great files for a DTF Print.

However, social media profile pictures and cell phone screenshots typically do not turn out well. They are low resolution and may be blurry and grainy.

After the final design is approved and a payment arrangement is made, production can begin. Our current turnaround time is approx. 1 week.

We offer purchasing the garments/ products for your order, or we also offer you to provide that garments/ products.

Please note:

We operate with minimal error, but if you are providing the garment, you may need to bring your extra garments in case there are any mistakes made. It is the client's responsibility to bring the extra garments for errors if they provide the garments/ products. We will also contact you if we need extra garments.

If we provide the garment/ product, we take care of the replacement at our cost.

Once your order is completed, I will contact you to arrange pickup, unless shipping arrangements have been made.
